Production Time
Most orders take approximately 3-5 business days or sooner to produce, depending on the product and size of the order. Shipping/transit time begins after production is complete and is determined by the carrier based on the destination from Wooster, Ohio.
Production times for decals, magnets, yard signs, and banners are generally:
- 3-5 business days under normal conditions.
- 4-6 business days during busy seasons, particularly fall and spring.
- Large personalized orders with player names/numbers (100+ items) may take up to approximately 1½ weeks.
- One-name decals and magnets (non-personalized) generally require 3-5 business days of production before shipping.
If you request a proof, please allow 12-24 hours to receive it. Production time begins on the day the proof is approved.
If you have a specific due date, please let us know when placing your order. We will work with you whenever possible to meet your deadline.
Shipping Time
Once production is complete, orders are shipped using USPS Priority (typically 2-3 business days) or UPS Ground, depending on the product and destination.
Please note that carrier transit time is separate from the 3-5 business day production period and is an estimate only.
Most orders should arrive within approximately 1½ weeks, although production volume, order size, destination, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email followed by tracking information. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see these emails.
Express shipping is available when needed. Depending on the order, it may be available at checkout or quoted separately at the customer’s expense.
Returns & Refunds
Because decals and magnets are custom-made, we cannot accept returns on these products. Please carefully double-check all measurements, sizes, spelling, colors, and personalization details before submitting your order.
If we make an error during production, please contact us after receiving your order. We will review the original print run and order details and replace any item that was incorrectly produced at no additional charge.
For orders that have already been placed, if a refund is requested within 1 business day, we will provide store credit that can be used toward any product(s) within 1 year.
